In this project, I created a self-portrait with a complementary color scale, source colors, and isometric pattern. I started by creating 50 complementary shades and color scales. I used a selection from one of my color scales for the background. The background is a three-dimensional isometric pattern that I then traced onto my ground. I then selected an item to source colors for the portrait portion of the project and derived shades from the object to use in the forfront. This project illustrates my ability to identify and create color as well as create a cohesive complementary composition.
