In this project, I was tasked with designing a residence for a couple who desired a live/work space. This loft serves as a live/work space for a vibrant couple in their late 30s. They host guests in their gallery, where they display and sell their ceramic artworks. They enjoy cooking, entertaining, and hiking. This project was a semester-long material exploration in which I used metal mesh, styrofoam, and melted wax to create a dynamic form that went from a sculpture form to a form that interacts with the body. I worked across various programs for this project- model making, hand sketches and drawing, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Twilight Rendering, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
